By accessing or using our services—including website development, app development, graphic designing, and digital marketing—you agree to the terms and conditions laid out on this page. These terms apply to all users in Bareilly, Budaun, Pilibhit, Bisalpur and beyond.
We offer custom web development, mobile app solutions, digital promotion, and branding services. The project scope, cost, and timelines will be discussed and finalized before the project starts. Any additional requests after project confirmation may be chargeable.
All payments should be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via agreed modes (UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash). We follow a 50% advance + 50% on delivery payment model unless otherwise discussed.
Note: Project work will not begin without the initial payment.
No refunds will be entertained once the project is approved and development has started. If the client decides to cancel the project midway, advance amount will be non-refundable.
Once the final payment is received, all rights to website content, source code, and designs developed for the client will belong to the client. Garruda Technologies retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.
We assure complete confidentiality of your business information. Any data or media shared will be used only for the purpose of completing your project and will not be shared without your consent.
We offer free support for 30 days post-launch. Support includes fixing bugs or minor issues. Additional changes or feature updates will be chargeable.
Garruda Technologies will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use or misuse of our services. We recommend regular site maintenance and security updates for all clients.
While we implement SEO best practices, search engine rankings depend on multiple external factors. We do not guarantee #1 rankings on Google or other platforms but ensure your website is technically sound and optimized.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
